FAQ

What is a snagging survey?

A snagging survey is an inspection of a new build or recently completed property to identify visible defects, unfinished work and other issues that may need to be raised with the developer or builder.

Can I enquire about a house or a flat?

Yes. You can submit an enquiry for a new build house, flat, post-completion property or extension.

When can a snagging survey take place?

Timing depends on the property and the access available. Surveys may be arranged before completion where suitable access is permitted or after you receive the keys.

Which areas are covered?

The enquiry service covers Yorkshire, including the locations shown on our Service Areas page.

How do I request an estimate?

Complete the online enquiry form with your contact details, postcode and information about the property. Your details may be shared with an appropriate independent snagging survey provider so they can respond.
